Last week the team ventured to Buckhead. We are looking at a challenging yet very doable renovation add on for a house that was built in the mid 1900's. This beautiful federal style house sat nestled between 100 year old trees at the top of a hill. After much consideration and deliberation over our ideas we teamed up with our team architect to come up with a concept for incorporating a two-car garage with guest quarters; Namely a "carriage house." We are pretty excited to see our preliminary design come to life on paper!
